For how long do we store your personal data?

We can only consult or unsubscribe your data in a restricted way since we have a specific profile. We will process them for as long as you follow us, remain friends or click on a “like”, “follow” or similar buttons.
You must make any rectification of your data or restriction of information or publications through the settings on your profile or username on the social media network itself.

JOB APPLICATIONS

What data do we use from your CV?

  • Organising the selection processes to hire new employees.
  • Contact your for job interviews and to evaluate your candidacy.
  • If you have given us your consent, we can transfer it to collaborating or affiliated companies, with the sole objective of helping you find work.
  • If you tick the acceptance checkbox on the Privacy Policy, you give us your consent to transfer your job application to the companies that comprise our group of companies with the objective of including you in their staff selection processes.

Likewise, we hereby inform you that after a year from reception of your CV, we will safely destroy it.
The legal basis is your clear consent when you send us your CV.

Do we include personal data from third parties?

No, as a general rule we only process the data that the owners of such data provide us. If you provide us with data from third parties, you must inform such people and request their consent beforehand. Otherwise, you absolve us of any responsibility for non-compliance with this requirement.

And the data of legal minors?

We do not process the data of people under 14 years old. So please do not provide such data if you are not old enough, or if applicable, do not provide data of third parties who are not old enough. BE ONE MARKET, S.L.U. accepts no liability for non-compliance with this prevision.

Do we send communications by electronic media?

  • Such communications are only sent to manage your application if it is one of the contact channels you have provided.
  • Any commercial communications we undertake will have been priorly and expressly authorised by you.

What security measures do we apply?

You can rest easy: We have adopted an optimum protection level for the personal data we manage and have installed all the technical measures and means at our disposal according to the state of technology to avoid the loss, improper use, alteration, unauthorised access or theft of personal data.

To what recipients are your data sent?

Your data are not sent to third parties, except under legal obligation. Specifically, they are sent to the Spanish Taxation Office (AEAT) and to banks and financial entities for collection of the service provided or the product purchased, and to the parties responsible for the processing required for fulfilment of the agreement.
In the case of purchase or payment, if you choose an application, website, platform, bank card or any other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or processed in its environment, always with the maximum security.
When we order it, the website or hosting development and maintenance company will have access to our website. They will also have signed a service provision agreement that compels them to maintain the same level of privacy as we do.
Any international transfer of data through use of American applications will adhere to the Privacy Shield agreement, which guarantees that American software companies comply with European data protection policies in the area of privacy.

What rights do you have?

Do you want a form to exercise your rights?

  • We have forms available for you to exercise your rights. Request them by email or if you prefer, you can use those created by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or third parties.
  • These forms must be signed electronically or be accompanied by a copy of your National Identity Document.
  • If you represent somebody, you must attach a copy of your National Identity Document, or it should be signed electronically.
  • The forms can be submitted in person, sent by letter or by email to the address of the Party Responsible at the top of this text.

How long do we take to answer you in the exercise of your rights?

It depends on the right, but a maximum period of one month after your application, and two months if the subject is highly complex. We will notify you if we need more time.

Do we process cookies?

If we use a type of cookie other than those strictly necessary, you can consult our cookies policy at the corresponding link from our website home page.

For how long will we store your personal data?

  • The personal data will be stored while you have a link with us.
  • Once you no longer have a link with us, the personal data processed for each purpose will be maintained for the legally foreseen periods, including the period that a judge or court may require them, taking into account the limitation period for legal proceedings.
  • The data processed will be maintained until the expiry date of the legal periods mentioned above, if there is a legal obligation to store such data. If no such legal period exists, until the party concerned requests them to be deleted or withdraws the consent granted.
